⟨⟨ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ⟩⟩
Knowledge repository for navigating the wired
This is an anonymous imageboard. A place where thoughts are ephemeral, identities are fluid, and everyone is connected through the wired.
No. There are no accounts, no usernames, no passwords. You exist here only in the moment you post. When you disconnect, you cease to exist.
Navigate to a board, either create a new thread or reply to an existing one. Click on a thread to view it and add replies. Your posts appear immediately.
Yes. When creating a thread or posting a reply, you can attach images. Images are stored as base64 data URLs and are ephemeral like everything else here.
Threads naturally expire 14 days after creation. If they get bumped past that point, they can linger up to 72 hours after the most recent bump -- whichever comes later is when they vanish. No archives, no backups. The wired forgets.
No. Once posted, your thoughts belong to the wired. However, admins can delete posts that violate the protocol rules.
Check the boards index to see all active protocols. Each board has its own symbol (λ, Δ, Ω, etc.) and purpose. Choose wisely where you connect.
Board creation is limited to administrators. If you have a compelling reason for a new board, you may contact the admin through appropriate channels.
Each post is assigned a random 8-9 digit ID. This ID is unique to each post. Sometimes you'll roll dubs, trips, or quads - repeating digits that the community celebrates.
When your poster ID has repeating digits (doubles, triples, or quadruples), it's highlighted. Even in chaos, there are moments of order.. It goes both ways.
Administrators are invisible guardians of the protocol. They ensure rules are followed and can delete posts, pin threads, and manage boards.
There is no formal report system. Admins monitor the wired continuously. Trust the protocol. Trust the system.
We do not use analytics or behavioral tracking. For abuse prevention and moderation, we may process your IP address and set a minimal device identifier cookie. These are used only to enforce bans/timeouts, combat spam, and protect the service. Retention is limited to what is necessary for security and active restrictions.
When threads expire or are deleted, they vanish completely. No archives, no traces. They return to the void from which they came.
Everything disappears eventually. The wired simply acknowledges this truth. Your words have power in the moment they exist. That is enough.
The wired is everywhere and nowhere. It is the network that connects all consciousness. You are already part of it. You always have been.

⟨⟨ STILL HAVE QUESTIONS? ⟩⟩
The best way to understand the wired is to connect to it. Create a thread, post a reply, observe the flow of consciousness. The answers you seek may already exist within you.
